Caitlin joined The Megro Benefits Company in 2012. Her primary responsibilities are for the overall management and retention of the firm’s small to mid-size clients. With her strong analytical skills, Caitlin also assists with the Self-Funded client renewals and claim dashboard analysis. As an Account Executive she is involved with all aspects of the renewal process, including: preparing RFPs, completing analysis of the Marketplace, managing compliance and ACA requirements are met, completing the Employer Benchmark Survey, attends open enrollment meetings, creating employee communication pieces, and general employee assistance. Caitlin along with the Principal Agent work closely with the CEO and Owners to help optimize their Employee Benefit Program.
Caitlin was involved with the implementation of the Employee Navigator system, an online enrollment system that was released to our clients in 2015. This system assisted our clients the ability to file their first Federally Mandated ACA Filing 1095-C/1094.
Caitlin graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Law and Society from American University. She is currently continuing her education at Rutgers School of Law.
